I’m heading down to Glasgow tomorrow for a trip to Iceland with my wife which means no work for 5 days…
And because of it, I’ve already worked harder today than I perhaps have all week. The deadline is looming.
When I’ve got my normal three-twelve month goals there’s no rush, at least not in the beginning.
I don’t want to always be rushing but sometimes it’s nice to rush and remind yourself what’s possible, I wrote out a 1200 word blog post for a different in an hour this morning including references and HTML, a task that would normally take me 2-3 with procrastinating.
When I get back I’m definitely going to need to look at optimising my productivity, hit the middle ground where I’m not rushing every day but I’m working diligently and with purpose.
Anyone have any productivity tips they could share in the comments?
