Cooking for instance, you have to do it every single day to feed so instead of letting it cause you frustration why not try and learn to enjoy it? Or at least make your peace that it’s happening so it doesn’t cause you upset.
The same goes for pretty much everything else that needs to be done around the house, or even your commute, it’s happening now so might as well lean into it and take from it what you can.
My personal frustration is with the laundry, it always gets to the point where my clothes are spilling out of the wash basket. But the thing is, I’m never going to finish the laundry, I can get the basket empty but then if I stop the habit of regularly washing it’s going to fill up again. I need to just accept the laundry for what it is, do it when it needs doing, and try to take satisfaction in a job well done afterwards.
Because regardless of whether or not I’m frustrated it’s going to continuously need doing.
